Thorney Island Community Primary School
Just got home from our fantastic day of Streetfunk and I would like to say a collective thank you from everyone at Thorney, it was amazing (I have never danced or moved so much in my life...I will for sure be aching tomorrow morning!!!).
The children loved it and so did the teachers, with so many of them ending up getting involved!!
I have already had children saying they want to dance, and 'hip hop' dancing in the future.
It really was super and it inspired a majority of children (albeit a couple who didn't get in the rhythm, but the rest of the children's attitude over shadowed that). It genuinely was amazing, the energy was electric, even down at Yr R!
